Human Resources Associate

Full Sail Logistics is a rapidly growing third party logistics business. We have grown 100% Year-over-Year since inception and expect to increase this rate in the months and years to come.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced human resources professional to join our growing team. Our team of logistics professionals are valued as trusted and strategic partners for companies nationwide. We are looking for an experienced human resources professional to help streamline our HR function and assist in our continued success. As the first hire in FSL’s Human Resources department, this candidate will have considerable and immediate impact in their role. FSL Team Members enjoy a high energy and collaborative atmosphere where career development and earning potential is limitless.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and communicating with references
  • Guiding candidates through the recruiting process, drafting and sending contracts, and onboarding new employees
  • Reviewing benefits and programs, explaining policies, and ensuring proper completion of enrollment paperwork
  • Coordinate team building events and company outings
  • Create and mange processes for employee feedback and reviews
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating employee records
  • Communicating with hiring managers, new employees, current staff, and external parties
  • Addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling exit interview processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years previous human resources experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, benefits management
  • Logistics industry experience
